Thank you for ordering from No.1 Record Sleeves. We create personalised, made-to-order vinyl sleeves and accessories. As each item is custom printed using artwork supplied by the customer, our returns and refund terms differ from standard retail purchases.
Personalised Items
Because your item is custom-made to your specification, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless:
The item is damaged or defective
We made an error during production or printing
The product you received does not match the approved design
This is in accordance with UK consumer law for personalised goods.
If There Is a Problem With Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images of the item and packaging.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. If a return is required for inspection, we will cover return postage.
Non-Personalised Items
If we offer non-custom accessories or merchandise, you may return these within 14 days of delivery providing they are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Customer Artwork Responsibility
By uploading artwork to our website, you confirm that you either own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
We cannot provide refunds or accept returns due to:
Low-resolution or unsuitable artwork supplied by the customer
Spelling, design, or content errors within customer-submitted artwork
Artwork that does not follow our template specifications
We review artwork where possible, but final responsibility for content rests with the customer.
Delivery Issues
If an item is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or notification. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Refund Timeframe
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing an order. After this time, we may not be able to cancel your order.
